Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
PrairieCalendar does not collect, sell, or share any personal data with third parties.
The extension reads reservation information from the PrairieTest webpage only when the user opens the extension. This information may include exam titles, dates, times, and locations.
All processed data is stored locally using Chrome's
storage.local API.
Google Calendar Export (Optional)
If the user chooses to export schedules to Google Calendar, the extension requests permission to access Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0. Authentication is handled entirely by Google. The extension only writes exam schedule data (title, date, time, location) to the user's own Google Calendar. No data is stored on external servers or shared with third parties.
Security and Data Protection Mechanisms
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. All PrairieTest reservation data is processed locally within the user's browser and is not transmitted to external servers.
We use encryption to protect your information during transmission. All communication with Google APIs occurs over secure, encrypted HTTPS connections.
Authentication is handled directly by Google via OAuth 2.0, and PrairieCalendar does not store or access user credentials.
PrairieCalendar does not:
- Track browsing activity
- Collect analytics
- Use cookies
- Share data with third parties
All locally stored data remains on the user's device and can be cleared at any time by removing the extension or clearing Chrome extension storage.
